As you might know: I like photography—both looking at it and doing it—most when it refuses to be understood immediately.

I have several series in which I construct images from multiple layers. Like INTERFERENZ, Multivision Manhattan or Multivision Porsche Shanghai. Not as a random effect, but as a conscious composition: with transitions, friction, compression—sometimes my beloved abstraction.
